Tongmul
Spring water emerging from crack of rocks or underground forming “Multong” or water in artificially formed Multongs.
Eongmul (Eongdeokmul)
Spring water flowing from under a large rock at a beach or a stream. “Eongdeok” means rock in Jeju dialect.
Gomangmul (Gumeongmul)
Spring water is discharged from cracks of a rock or hole on the ground surface. Gomangmul of Oedocheon stream in Oedo-dong was selected as one of the 100 best waters in Korea by the Korean Association for Conservation of Nature and the Kyunghyang Shinmun in 1987.
