Jeju Samdasoo Tour is open to only those who reserved a tour in advance.

For the safety of our visitors, no pets are allowed on the tour.

We do not operate in-person tours at Jeju Samdasoo Tour Center to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We do not have a wheelchair for visitors at the moment.

Purchasing Samdasoo products is not allowed at the factory.

Taking a photograph is allowed. However, recording videos presented at the Video Zone is prohibited and taking a photo may be restricted for security purposes.

Tour reservation changes and cancellations can be made on Reservation-Check/cancel/manage your reservation.

For groups of less than 10 people, please go to “Reservation for Individuals”, and for groups of 10 or more people, go to “Reservation for Groups”.

Jeju Samdasoo tours are offered only through a docent-guided tour.

The tour is currently offered in Korean, but there will be more language options in the future.

Foreigners visiting the center in need of language assistance must accompany an interpreter for the tour.

Jeju Samdasoo tour is offered free of charge.

No food is allowed inside the tour center to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

There are staff parking lots on the left and right sides of Jeju Water Exhibition Hall, and you can park in any empty spot.

There is no locker or visitor lounge at our center yet.

Currently, no Samdasoo souvenir shop sells merchandise.

Tour is available upon reservation on weekdays (Mon-Fri), and the center is closed on weekends and national holidays.

The center may be temporarily closed, however, and the temporary closing dates will be notified on our website in advance.

Tour reservation is available only after you join our website as a member and/or verify yourself (mobile phone or i-pin), and you must agree to our privacy policy to book a tour.

Jeju Samdasoo Tour is open to everyone wanting to join the tour.

The duration of the tour is approximately 50 minutes.
